 The facilitators made a potentially ‘mind numbing’ topic – store financials – into an enjoyable workshop. As a non-financial person, I didn’t feel uncomfortable asking for help!!

 The instructor facilitated the workshop exceptionally well and kept the content/format very interesting with a mixture of discussion, visuals, reading and exercises. All team members were involved throughout the two days, and they were the quickest two days of my life!
